Manna is ideally suited for contract caterers and facilities managers, allowing the management of multi-location stock with comprehensive features for recipe and menu planning, taking payments and raising invoices.

The Manna catering system provides a fully managed quotation, invoicing and booking system for one-off events, catering contracts or stadiums. The system can hold a list of function rooms or areas and store a range of layout plans for each, with an integrated calendar this allows for room availability enquiries. A function can be built up of room, food and additional facilities such as equipment hire, labour, display equipment or meet-and-great services.

The initial enquiry can be amended with updated quotes until the function requirements are confirmed and becomes an order. As events are due, work instructions can be produced to ensure all event and food preparation is provided in sufficient time. After the function, profit and loss information is available and invoicing can be managed out of the system or by linking to external ledgers.
